Senior Consultant, Internal Communication & Digital (maternity cover) Are you ready to lead internal engagement and shape digital experiences? We are on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Consultant, Internal Communications & Digital (maternity cover) to join our Marketing and Communication Team from 1 April 2026 to 1 April 2027.
In this role, you will take the lead in driving both KPMG Acor Tax’ internal communication activities and website, ensuring a seamless experience for both our colleagues and clients. An exceptional opportunity which combines two very exciting disciplines within marketing and communications.
You will serve as the main contact for internal content development and drive collaboration between internal teams, global KPMG stakeholders, and external partners. Welcome to our Marketing and Communication Team Our Marketing and Communication team is a key strategic partner within the business, working closely with stakeholders across all our local service lines and our global KPMG member firms.
We cover a broad range of marketing and communications activities – from digital strategy and branding to campaigns, events, and internal communications. Key responsibilities Lead and develop internal communication content and campaigns, and drive organizational change through the intranet, info screens, and other internal communication channels Serve as the owner of our SharePoint hub, Acor Space Advise and support our Leadership Team with bi-weekly Town Hall Meetings by managing and driving the agenda, acting as an internal communication sparring partner, and overseeing the execution of the bi-weekly Town Hall Meetings.

Take full ownership of driving and managing the operation and development of tax related content on KPMG.dk, collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors Track, analyze, and report on website performance Work closely with the rest of Marketing & Communication Team to connect the dots across all our internal and external activities Your background 3–5 years of experience working with internal communication, digital marketing, or website management Experience in storytelling and change management communication Proven hands-on experience managing CMS systems (experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus) Solid understanding of website analytics (Adobe Analytics, GA4), heatmap tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity) and SEO/GEO Graphic skills in PowerPoint is a double plus Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations A structured, proactive, and collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills Fluent in Danish and English.
