Student Assistant to the Innovation team

Are you a driven, outgoing student with an interest in innovation ecosystems? Join our Innovation team as a Student Assistant and help researchers at universities and clinics translate great science into real-world impact. You will work with ambitious colleagues in our Innovation department to strengthen innovation ecosystems that improve health and the environment, while supporting the team with a range of analytical and administrative tasks.

The Job

As Student Assistant, your tasks will include:

  • Gathering and analysing data (eg. impact, landscape mapping)
  • Fact finding, data collection, and minor analyses
  • Internal and external communication (e.g. presentations, graphic layouts)
  • Planning and coordination of meetings and events
  • Administrative ad hoc tasks (eg. processing expenses, document department project flow)

The working hours will be approximately 15-20 hours a week physically at the Foundation with flexibility in relation to your studies.

Professional and Personal Qualifications

We are looking for a last year bachelor or first year master’s degree student, which could be from social sciences, innovation studies, food sciences, food- or bioengineering or similar.

Furthermore, we expect you to:

  • Experience with or curious about innovation
  • Have an interest in and experience with data analysis and database searching
  • Analytical mindset and capabilities
  • Super user in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
  • Fluent in English and understanding of the Danish language

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, while maintaining an overview
  • Highly self-motivated and independent, committed to delivering results of the highest quality
  • Energetic, contributes to a positive environment and wants to learn and develop
