Global Marketing Manager

The role

As our Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of our global marketing agenda from our headquarters in Aarhus. You will play a central role in shaping how we position ourselves internationally and how our story is told across markets.

You will work closely with our leadership team and have significant influence on priorities and execution.

  • Own and drive the global marketing agenda with end-to-end responsibility
  • Translate strategy into clear, actionable international initiatives
  • Coordinate execution with commercial colleagues and our external marketing agency
  • Operate with high autonomy and accountability for results

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for turning plans into action and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across channels. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and close collaboration across the organisation.
  • Plan and execute global marketing initiatives across digital and physical channels
  • Drive monthly newsletters and ongoing content creation
  • Own and grow our LinkedIn presence through relevant, organic content
  • Plan and optimise online campaigns together with our marketing agency
  • Develop messaging and concepts for 3-4 international trade shows annually
  • Ensure continuous development and optimisation of our website

Brand and partnerships

We are moving beyond product marketing and into brand building. You will help define how we show up globally and ensure our partnerships are activated in a consistent and credible way.
  • Strengthen and evolve our global brand positioning
  • Activate international partnerships with other leading industry suppliers
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across markets and channels
  • Support long-term positioning as a trusted global industry partner

Who you are

This role is for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and enjoys building structure while moving fast. You combine commercial understanding with creativity and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Relevant educational background
  • Experience from (or with) a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within a scale-up
  • Relevant experience working in a structured collaboration with an external marketing agency
  • Relevant experience with CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Proven ability to run international marketing initiatives
  • Consistent record of delivering data-driven, measurable results
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strategic thinker comfortable executing hands-on
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken

Practical information

The role is based at our headquarters in Aarhus and includes international collaboration and occasional travel related to trade shows and partner activities.
