We are on the lookout for a passionate Customer Success & Office Assistant to join our team at our headquarters in Copenhagen.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As one of the key players in our Customer Success Team, you'll be the go-to person ensuring our B2C customers are nothing short of delighted across all channels. You’ll stay in regular contact with our warehouse in the Netherlands, where all webshop orders depart, ensuring every order is processed with precision and care.Plus, you'll play a leading role in managing order processing for our website sales. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:- Connect with Customers: Respond to inquiries via email through our customer service platforms, turning questions into smiles.
- Master of Returns: Manage the returns process, coordinating with our Dutch warehouse to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Website Watch: Keep a detailed eye on our webshop, spotting issues before they become problems.
- Versatile Support: Handle ad hoc tasks like a pro.
- Review Replies: Answering reviews on Trustpilot and Klarna.
- Office Care: Take care of guests, packages, and keep the office running like a well-oiled machine.
- Language Lover: You’re excellent at communication and formulation in Danish and English.
- Customer Whisperer: You've got experience in customer care and know how to put a smile on people's faces.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Structured, solution-oriented, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
