Student Assistant in Finance
Wallhack is a fast-growing eSports scale-up based in Copenhagen, developing and producing high-end gaming equipment sold worldwide. Wallhack is a Danish company with subsidiaries in China, Brazil, and the United States.
We are seeking a structured, open minded and ambitious student to join our finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of parts of the company’s day-to-day financial operations, contribute to the preparation and analysis of financial reports, and support a wide range of ad hoc tasks across finance and administration.
You will be part of a finance team where everyone has responsibility, and you will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations while helping lay the strategic foundation for the future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Expense reporting and accounts payable ownership, ensuring up-to-date General Ledger records.
- Contribute to monthly reporting to the board and management.
- Reconciliation of bank transactions and accounting records.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for optimization and decision-making.
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting across core business areas and markets.
- Contribution to the consolidation of group financial data.
- Identify and evaluate investment and growth opportunities.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, ideally with a desire to also pursue a Masters degree.
- Strong understanding of finance and its role in decision-making.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, adaptable, and international environment.
- Basic understanding of VAT-rules.
- Experience with PLEO is an advantage, but not required.
- Experience with ERP systems is also an advantage, but not a requirement.
- In the early stages of your studies.
- Open-minded with a positive approach to tasks.
- Able to work in a structured and organized manner.
- Ambitious, curious, and eager to learn.
- Have a genuine interest in business economics, accounting, and finance.

15–20 working hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours. Start date is as soon as possible.
