Senior Customer Implementation Manager
THE ROLE
As a Senior Customer Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of Flextribe for our enterprise customers.
You will act as the central link between the customer, CEO, CTO, Product Team, and Development Team, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement throughout the process.
This role combines project leadership, customer success, business consulting, and strategic account development.
You will be expected to drive complex implementation programs, manage senior stakeholders, identify opportunities for expansion, and help shape the future direction of our platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnterprise Customer Implementations
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
- Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and implementation meetings.
- Ensure successful adoption and rollout of the Flextribe platform.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges proactively.
- Drive projects to completion on time and within agreed objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during customer implementations.
- Build trusted relationships with executives, procurement leaders, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities across customers and internal teams.
- Align business objectives, product capabilities, and implementation priorities.
- Act as the bridge between Customer, CEO, CTO, Product, and Engineering.
- Translate customer needs into actionable product and development requirements.
- Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and technical delivery.
- Drive internal accountability and execution across departments.
- Identify opportunities for additional value creation within customer organizations.
- Support the CEO in identifying expansion opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Gather customer insights to influence product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Contribute to building best practices and scalable implementation frameworks.
QUALIFICATIONS
We believe the ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience leading complex IT, software, SaaS, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and large stakeholder groups.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- The ability to navigate both business and technical discussions confidently.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.
- A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
Experience within SaaS, technology consulting, procurement technology, workforce management, or enterprise software is considered a strong advantage.
