Email Marketing Manager for ambitious and successful international scaleup

byACRE's products are available worldwide and our e-commerce team is looking for a new colleague to help expand our presence and build our brand via the email channel.

We are seeking a dynamic Email Marketing Manager with the right balance of ecommerce and branding skills and an international mindset, who can scale our email channel, increase online sales, and build our brand.

The role

You’ll be responsible for the full email journey – from strategy to execution - your key responsibilities will be:

Strategy & planning
  • Develop a clear email strategy for our brands byACRE, Zoof and Dorica (D2C and B2B) together with Head of Ecommerce, Marketing and our Agency
  • Plan content, frequency and formats for newsletters and automated flows
  • Maintain an email content calendar in close collaboration with marketing and e-commerce
Segmentation & customer journeys
  • Build and maintain audience segments in Klaviyo based on behaviour, purchase history and interests
  • Design and optimise customer journeys: welcome flows, onboarding, post-purchase, winback, re-engagement and more
  • Coordinate email activity with other marketing channels (paid, social, onsite etc.)
Execution & production
  • Set up campaign emails in Klaviyo: structure, segments, scheduling and send-out
  • Write or brief copy for subject lines, preheaders, body text and CTAs
  • Collaborate with design on visuals – or make smaller adjustments directly in the editor
  • QA every send: links, mobile view, tracking, unsubscribe links and overall experience
Automation & flows
  • Build and optimise automated flows in Klaviyo triggered by behaviour and events
  • Refine logic, timing and content based on performance
  • Test and roll out new flows where it makes sense for the business and the customer
Data, reporting & optimisation
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics for both campaigns and flows
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, layout, content and send times
  • Turn insights into clear next steps and share learnings with the team
List management & compliance
  • Maintain good list hygiene: manage segments, remove inactives where relevant and protect deliverability
  • Make sure we handle consent correctly and work in line with GDPR
This is you
  • Proven experience (2+ years) from similar position and with Klayvio
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field
  • Are strong in clear, commercial and human copy
  • Enjoy working with numbers and can turn data into decisions
  • Understand customer journeys and know how to balance brand, relationship and sales
  • Have a basic understanding of GDPR and consent-based marketing
  • Self-driven, goal oriented and take pride in delivering quality: We prioritize quality over quantity, constantly striving for improvement with a supportive feedback system.
  • Team spirit: Genuine collaboration is key; no room for sharp elbows, politics, or egos.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Professional-level fluency in English.
