Are you ready to shape and elevate the Business Management function across TECH?

We are looking for a Business Management Lead to drive a strong, consistent and high quality governance model across all Business Management (BM) teams within the TECH Innovation & Foundation. The role acts as the governance and quality anchor across all Business Management teams, while also actively driving deliveries - either directly or through the Business Management community.

In this pivotal role, you will act as the governance and quality anchor for the TECH BM function, ensuring transparency and alignment across deliverables, processes, and reporting disciplines. You will partner closely with senior leaders and Business Management teams to enhance the maturity, consistency and impact of Business Management across TECH.

As a Business Management Lead, you will own and continuously evolve the governance framework for the TECH BM function in a dotted-line model. You will govern through common standards and frameworks, ensuring consistency, quality and adherence across all Tech domains, while accountability remains in the domains.

In addition, you are expected to take clear delivery ownership. You will drive key cross-TECH initiatives, governance outcomes and improvements - either personally or through structured mobilisation of the Business Management community.

The role combines hands on governance ownership, quality assurance, and strong execution and driver capabilities with a strong focus on collaboration, capability building and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Head of Transformation & Business Management and TECH domain Leads and Business Managers.

You will:

  • Establish and own governance frameworks, standards and ways of working in the Business Management (BM) function
  • Facilitate and lead key governance ceremonies (e.g., Governance & Strategy Day), ensuring clear outcomes, accountability and structured follow up supporting strategic alignment
  • Act as a control and quality assurance anchor for BM deliverables across all TECH domains
  • Govern the BM model through quality assurance, adherence monitoring and coaching
  • Drive key deliveries across TECH either individually or through BM community
  • Lead and develop the Business Management community of practice and enhance BM capabilities through structured enablement, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with TECH domain Leads, BM teams and TECH Transformation & Business Management to ensure alignment and prioritisation
  • Navigate complex organisational dynamics to drive clarity, alignment and effective execution
  • Drive adoption of digital and AI enabled tools to improve BM productivity, quality and visibility

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Management, governance or transformation roles in complex organisations
  • Strong in designing, implementing and improving governance frameworks and structured processes
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to translate complexity into clear guidance and decision material
  • A confident stakeholder manager who can influence and collaborate across different seniority levels
  • Enjoy building communities, developing capabilities and driving continuous improvement
  • A strong interest in digitalisation and the use of AI to improve ways of working
  • Enjoy bringing order to complexity, improving processes and ways of working, setting clear standards and enabling others to succeed through strong governance and shared ways of working
  • Thrive in roles where structure, clarity and collaboration are key

We offer:

A flexible work location in either Denmark or Lithuania. If based in Lithuania, a monthly salary ranging from 3200 to 4800 EUR, depending on your competencies and suitability for the role.

Your job function (position) in the job contract will be Consultant - Business Support, Chief. From 1 April 2026 it will be renamed to Business Operations Strategy & Planning under our new job architecture, with no impact on the role or responsibilities.
