Senior Information Architect - Shape the Global Enterprise Information Model at DSV

Do you want to make a major contribution to DSV’s global digital transformation by shaping the Enterprise Information Model that will guide how we become a truly data driven organisation? You will become part of our Business and Information Architecture team within Enterprise Data Excellence—an experienced group of architects working collaboratively to define and govern the enterprise wide conceptual and logical data models used across DSV.
Our mission is to establish trusted, governed, and intelligent data ecosystems that fuel innovation, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business value. Working closely with stakeholders across Global IT, our business divisions, and cross functional development teams, you will help ensure that enterprise data is structured, understood, and consistently applied across initiatives worldwide.
This role will be dedicated to working within DSV’s strategic programme, supporting core domain activities and delivery outcomes. What You Will Do As a Senior Information Architect, you will play a key role in designing and maintaining the global conceptual and logical data models that define DSV’s future enterprise information landscape.
Your responsibilities include: Defining, designing, and documenting global conceptual and logical data models. Analysing business processes and domains to ensure accurate and meaningful modelling. Ensuring alignment with industry standards and information architecture best practices.
Socialising and communicating the data model to stakeholders across business and IT. Providing guidance to IT teams on implementing the Enterprise Information Model within the Enterprise Data Platform. Supporting integration planning to ensure data from multiple systems can be used consistently and effectively.
Who You Are You are an experienced information or data architect who combines strong modelling skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. You enjoy working in a fast paced, international environment and can translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
Minimum Qualifications Proven experience with information architecture and data modelling. Strong proficiency in ERD and/or ORM modelling techniques. Strong knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry. Understanding of data contracts, naming conventions, and data standardisation.
Experience with both transactional and analytical data environments. Knowledge of data serialization concepts (e.g., Avro or similar). Excellent written and verbal English skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, or similar.
6+ years’ Experience with master data management, data cataloguing, and data governance. Exposure to transportation and logistics, and the ability to quickly understand complex business domains. Certifications in information architecture or data modelling.
