You’ll be deeply engaged in understanding our users challenges and how to create actual value on the user side.
Consequently, you will be translating those insights into scalable, high-performing solutions.
You’ll also help foster a culture of continuous improvement, acting as an informal leader and role model within the team.Your responsibilities will include: Hands-on development, maintenance, and operation of our ETRM landscape Being curious about user pains and business needs, and turning them into opportunities Driving continuous improvement and agile ways of working Promoting a team culture centered on collaboration, performance, and shared goals Serving as the team’s Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting the team’s self-organization and delivery focus Meet your teamWe’re a self-organizing product team of 11 specialists in Software Development, Data Engineering, QA, Business Analysis, and Product Management.
