Senior Finance Integration Consultant (Business side)
What you’ll do Plan and orchestrate country go lives: scope, cutover playbooks, readiness criteria, contingency and hypercare. Lead legal-entity & country code harmonization planning with Group Finance and local finance leaders. Drive cross functional alignment (Record to Report, Tax, Controlling, SSC, Reporting) and surface interdependencies early.
Build practical tools that create transparency—playbooks, trackers, dashboards, status reports—and maintain cadence with senior stakeholders. Facilitate decisions and remove blockers quickly; escalate risks with options and clear impacts. Contribute to the Finance Integration Roadmap and keep priorities aligned to transformation objectives.
Prepare crisp executive updates for leadership, highlighting progress, risk, and required decisions. We’re looking for a business side integrator who connects the dots across projects and functions, brings structure, and creates the transparency needed to land country go lives successfully.

Not the process owner for BAU finance operations. Not M&A due diligence or long horizon strategy—this is post merger execution in Finance.
You’ll thrive here if you Enjoy switching between conceptual design (frameworks, structure) and hands on detail (plans, trackers, data). Prefer talking to the business (and partnering with IT as needed) to move outcomes forward. Are curious, analytical, and comfortable challenging the status quo to find a better path.
What you bring (Must haves) 5+ years in post merger integration, finance transformation, or complex multi country finance programs, ideally with a consulting mindset/toolkit. Strong finance fundamentals (e.g., GL, consolidation, controls, reporting) and basic ERP/SAP literacy to engage credibly on the business side.
Proven stakeholder and dependency management across functions and seniority levels in international settings. Hands on builder: you can create playbooks, trackers, and executive ready materials at speed. Excellent communication in English; Danish is a plus.
Nice if you have Experience from a top-tier or boutique consulting firm (e.g., Finance Transformation, Post-Merger Integration) or a comparable internal consulting role Ability to apply structured methodologies and best practices from consulting in a fast-paced, operational environment Experience with shared service centres; exposure to SAP or Oracle programs Success looks like this 30 days: understand the integration roadmap, own a set of workstream plans/trackers, start facilitating country go live readiness checks.
90 days: deliver a repeatable country go live playbook, with clear entry/exit criteria and dashboards used by leadership. 180 days: enable one or more successful country go lives and visible risk reduction across legal entity/country code consolidation activities.Where you’ll work This role is based at DSV Headquarters in Hedehusene within Group Finance’s Finance Transformation Office. You’ll collaborate closely with Group functions and country finance teams. Occasional travel may be required around key go live events.
