ERP Service Delivery Manager - SAP (Finance IT)
Own and drive SAP service delivery globally In this role, you are responsible for service management deliveries across our SAP S/4 Finance landscape, ensuring stable, efficient, and business-focused operations. You report to the Director – Finance ERP and become part of the Finance ERP management team.
You act as a key link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring strong collaboration and high-quality delivery. A central focus is vendor management and the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and service maturity based on ITIL.
Your key responsibilities include: Ensure day-to-day service delivery aligned with KPIs, SLAs, and reporting integrity Drive continuous improvements across the Finance ERP setup using ITIL frameworks Own vendor relationships, performance, and delivery quality Lead contract and vendor management activities Act as the main point of contact for external partners and consultants Ensure efficient and aligned collaboration across vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders Support strong and structured project delivery across stakeholders Maintain high customer satisfaction and drive service evaluation, including NPS Contribute to standardisation and improved utilisation of tools and processes You will join a global setup where teams are distributed across multiple countries, requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate effectively in a digital, international environment.
Your experience and expertise You bring solid experience within service delivery, IT operations, and vendor management in complex IT environments. We expect that you: Have strong experience with vendor management and service delivery Have worked in complex IT landscapes (consulting or large international organisations) Bring solid knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change) Have experience from IT service management, ideally in a leadership or line management role Have experience with IT security, compliance, and management reporting Are experienced with tools such as ServiceNow and Jira Speak and write English fluently As a person, you are accountable, structured, and focused on delivering results.
