Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Email & Paid Social)
INTRO
Confect is a fast-growing SaaS company helping brands create high-performing ads through data-driven creativity. We are now looking for a Product-minded lifecycle marketer with strong interest and focus in email a marketing and paid social.
Note that we look for a person to own two ares:
- Life cycle email ( 75%)
- Paid social on Meta and Reddit (25%)
You will fully own our automated email marketing across acquisition, nurture, adoption, and product retention flows, hence lifecycle email marketing.
In practice, this means sending automated emails to both our product users and marketing contacts with relevant product information, including product updates, feature adoption emails, inspiration for leads, and more.
We believe that success in this role comes from increasing the number of unique contacts opening our emails month over month, as it ultimately comes down to a combination of quality and volume.
You will own this channel end-to-end, with responsibility for both performance and quality metrics such as open rates, click rates, and unsubscribe rates.
Success is measured by growth in engaged users, feature adoption, and retention - driven through email.
PAID SOCIAL:We are looking for a media buyer with a proven track record in Meta and Reddit ads, preferably with a background in SaaS, a marketing agency, or eCommerce.
You will own Confect’s Meta and Reddit ad accounts, with the primary goal of driving more qualified leads and increasing overall brand awareness.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:- Own email marketing across all funnel stages
- Use product data to segment the user base and create triggers, filters, and audiences You will use product and behavioral data to drive communication and timing.
- Build and manage automated flows and broadcast campaigns
- Write emails tailored to different customer journeys
- Own lead generation on Meta, ensuring that the number of qualified leads grows each month while staying within defined efficiency targets
- Own brand awareness campaigns on our Reddit ad account, ensuring we increase the number of impressions delivered to our ideal customers
- Distribute our marketing content through these paid channels
- Previous hands-on experience in a SaaS or product marketing role, with the ability to build email flows based on triggers, delays, and filters.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS customer journey, from inspiration to action
- Familiarity with common copywriting and storytelling frameworks and the ability to write effective emails
- Strong familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
- Experience in Media buying via Meta Ads Manager and Reddit Ads Manager as it will be your primary responsibility. You should know what actions to take and which levers to pull when creating, optimising, and monitoring campaign performance on a daily basis - this is crucial
- Previous experience with eCommerce marketing
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Photoshop
- Experience with other ad platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
- Familiarity with attribution (GA4, HubSpot, IP tracking software etc.)
You are not starting from scratch. We already have flows running, emails designed, and benchmarks from the past
You continuously test subject lines, flows, segmentation, and messaging
You will own a core retention channel with direct impact on growth
You are not expected to design emails (no html)
This is not about cold outreach sequences sent from tools like Lemlist or similar platforms
At Confect, we work as a team. You are not expected to create all materials on your own, but you need to communicate clearly and set the direction for how you want the final output to look, while collaborating closely with the team

COMPENSATION:This role is employed under the Danish Funktionærlov, which means you're covered by standard Danish employment protections.
Salary: $36,000–$48,000/year, depending on experience.
