Export Sales Support Coordinator Join Junckers – One of Europe’s leading producers of solid wood flooring. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Export Sales Support Coordinator to join our Export Sales team.
In this hands- on role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our 4 Export Sales Managers—both internally at Junckers and externally with our international customers.
You will be the go-to person for coordination and administrative support across several key activities, helping us deliver exceptional service and maintain operational efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities: Support Export Managers in order and product quotes process.
Support order coordination with Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.Coordinate certifications relevant to export markets and customer requirements.
Contribute to sales forecast coordination (S&OP process) and CRM analysis with Export Sales Managers.
Assist in handling customer claims in cooperation with the Technical department.
Maintain and coordinate export pricing lists across markets.
Coordinate and support digital lead generation initiatives in collaboration with our Marketing department.
Organize and support trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events in Denmark and abroad.
What We’re Looking For: Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or sales coordination—preferably within an international or export-oriented company.Proven experience supporting field or export sales teams.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
