Responsibilities• Research product features, market trends, customer challenges, and industry developments• Analyse and synthesise complex information into clear narratives and key messages• Write long-form and short-form content for product releases and communication, social media posts, website or blog content• Develop strong angles and arguments (the “why it matters”), not just descriptive text• Validate facts, data points, and claims using credible sources• Properly reference and cite sources where relevant• Edit and refine content based on feedback from Product and Marketing• Work from briefs and outlines, and iterate quickly based on input To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have• Excellent research skills• Ability to analyse, synthesise, and structure complex topics• Very strong written English; Experience with long-form, professional writing is a strong plus• Ability to develop clear angles and arguments, not just summaries• Skilled in finding, validating, and citing credible sources, data, and statistics• Comfortable translating data and research into clear, insight-driven narratives• Strong editing skills and attention to detail• Ability to work from briefs, outlines, and iterative feedback• A curious, critical mindset with interest in business, technology, or societal trends• Reliable, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines Who are weLobyco is a loyalty and promotions platform built by retailers, for retailers.
