The Senior Project Portfolio Manager is responsible for advancing our global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) project portfolio management to ensure product platform health & supply, lead global, cross-functional resource management, and contribute to business transformational activities supporting the achievement of our strategic priorities.

This position reports to the Senior Director of PMO & Business Transformation and is part of the Project Management Office located in Denmark and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive and further develop global, cross-functional PLM project portfolio management including project intake, prioritization and execution acceleration support Manage and improve global cross-functional resource allocation of all innovation project initiatives with involvement of leaders across the organization Drive and support business transformation and policy deployment initiatives Support change to project based accounting in collaboration with finance Support senior management with portfolio insights and identification of key improvement opportunities Train and support large, cross-functional organization in portfolio and resource management processes and supervise portfolio administration support team The essential requirements of the job include: Portfolio management experience with understanding for intake, prioritization, and resource allocation processes Three years of experience working with design changes in a regulated environment Project management experience in medical device industry Understanding of regulatory and quality assurance processes and requirements Data analysis (Excel) and visual communication skills MSc.

in natural science or engineering It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Building followership for process implementation and adherence in global, cross-functional organization Communicating contents tailored to wide ranges of audiences, from senior management to specialists, and across cultures with global teams Evaluating PLM project for business impact, including financial, operational, customer quality, and compliance Technical understanding of in-vitro diagnostic devices Application We continuously assess applicants and invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis.
