Brand & Marketing Operations Manager (fuldtid)
We are looking for a structured and commercially driven Brand & Marketing Operations Manager who will play a key role in turning strategy into life across our brand, launches and campaigns.
This is a role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into reality and creating momentum across teams, projects and partners.
You will work closely across Design, Sales, Contract and external agencies to ensure that launches happen, materials are delivered, campaigns move forward and the brand is brought to life consistently across every interaction with 2.000 customers in more than 50 countries.
Yet, we are a small team that work closely together situated across the world in Europe, Asia and North America. That means broad responsibility, short decision paths and the opportunity to make a visible impact from day one.
At the same time, we believe strong brands should continuously evolve.
The role
You will own the execution across launches, campaigns and brand initiatives — ensuring alignment, momentum and high standards across all focus areas.
You appreciate that strong brand execution ultimately supports sales, partners and long-term growth, and you take pride in making things work — and work even better over time.
Your areas of responsibility- Drive launches from planning to execution
- Coordinate campaigns, events, content and marketing activities
- Ensure sales and launch materials are ready on time
- Coordinate agencies, freelancers and external partners
- Support PR, newsletters and launch communication
- Create structure, clarity and follow-through across teams and projects
- Improving of processes to further enhance the relevance and impact of our launches.
We think you may come from
You may have experience from premium consumer brands, lifestyle, beauty, retail, agency, hospitality or another environment, where aesthetics, execution and customer understanding matter.
Furniture or lighting experience is not required.
More importantly, you:
- Are highly structured and detail-oriented
- Take ownership and push projects forward independently
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple parallel projects
- Balance attention to detail with a strong sense of overview
- Are proactive, solution-oriented and enjoy making things happen
- Understand how brand, execution and commercial impact are connected with, in particular, the target group.
