Who you are
We are looking for a few proactive and organized student assistants who:
- Are enrolled in a master's degree (e.g. Business, Economics, Innovation, Communication, Engineering).
- Approach tasks with curiosity and a proactive mindset.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across all levels.
- Work in a structured manner with attention to detail, progress, and deadlines.
Key focus areas
We need support for various tasks, including:
- Assisting the operations department in user management and general support, ensuring all procedures are executed accurately and consistently.
- Compiling, analysing, and presenting data to support valuable business insights.
- Conducting analyses of various business strategies.
- Providing support for invoicing processes and assisting in maintaining accurate financial overviews.
- Communication – updating website and assisting in producing SoMe content.
- Keeping the contract overview updated.
- Performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
