You'll have real influence on the products we create—and ample opportunity for both personal and professional growth.Key responsibilities Design and iterate on user interfaces for complex systems Translate product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes Work closely with developers to ensure implementation matches design intent Evolve and maintain our design system and component library Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively to stakeholders Drive consistency and usability across our entire product suite About youAs a designer, you thrive on solving real-world problems through practical, user-centered design.

You take ownership of the entire design process, from concept to implementation, bringing both creativity and structure to every project.Above all, you’re passionate about creating digital tools that serve a higher purpose and excited by the chance to help build products that make society safer.You have experience with: UX/UI design for digital products or web applications Design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar Responsive design, accessibility, and design systems Working closely with frontend developers to bring designs to life We consider it an advantage if you have experience with: Designing for complex data systems Working in an agile development environment Experience with StoryBook Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and component-based frameworks (e.g.
