Your Role in the Dragon Den

Your role is to bring structure, visibility, and predictable delivery to a growing portfolio of products and licensing projects.

Your Quest: From Concept to Creation

You will manage how projects move through development, from concept through prototyping, production planning, and final approvals, ensuring that teams stay aligned and deadlines remain achievable. You are the owner of the project flow, not the product content.

You Will:

• Develop and maintain product and project plans and milestone calendars for multiple concurrent product initiatives.
• Track progress at each stage, including design files, samples, approvals, and supplier deliverables, to ensure teams are ready for decision gates.
• Monitor risks, delays, and changes and report them to the Senior Product Manager, with clear recommendations and impact assessments.
• Facilitate weekly project check-ins and cross-functional alignment meetings.
• Partner with Product Managers on resource and schedule planning.
• Act as the central hub for project updates and delivery visibility across departments.
• Coordinate with Supply, Sourcing, Quality, and Marketing to keep projects on track.
• Provide consistent, transparent updates to leadership on project status and dependencies.

Who You Are

You don’t have to be a weekend regular at the local TCG store, but you should understand — and be curious about — what drives collectors. Once you join our more than 45 passionate colleagues at Dragon Shield, you’ll quickly see the magic behind the scenes.

We imagine you bring:

• 3–6 years of project/program management experience in consumer goods, hardware, or manufacturing.
• Strong grasp of physical product development lifecycles (concept → prototype → tooling → production).
• Highly organized with exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
• Proven ability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements & priorities constantly change
• A team player with the ability to connect and collaborate across different profiles and priorities.
• Willingness to flex work schedule to work across time zones, depending on location.
