Head of IT
Reporting directly to the CTO, you take ownership of an evolving IT environment and help move the company from reactive support toward a more proactive and scalable IT setup. You combine leadership with hands-on execution and act as both team lead and technical escalation point when needed.
Your primary areas of responsibility include: developing and improving TinyMobileRobots’ IT systems, infrastructure and overall setup driving IT projects end-to-end from scoping and planning to implementation and testing improving business processes and system usage across platforms such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, Zendesk and Odoo driving AI adoption, workflow automation and smarter use of data across the organization strengthening cybersecurity, IT governance and the company’s ongoing NIS2 compliance efforts owning IT operations and infrastructure for approximately 120 employees globally supervising network infrastructure, physical security and endpoint management serving as the trusted escalation point for technical support and executive IT needs.
You will work from TinyMobileRobots’ headquarters in Malling south of Aarhus, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home days. Experienced IT profile with a hands-on mindset You bring experience from corporate IT environments and enjoy working in a role where leadership, technical execution and continuous improvements go hand in hand.We imagine that you: have several years of experience within corporate IT, preferably from technology, manufacturing or other fast-moving environments enjoy balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical work possess solid knowledge of cybersecurity, IT operations and modern SaaS environments have experience working with AI tools, workflow automation and system integrations understand how data, BI and system insights can support better decision-making across the business have experience with Google Workspace, device management and user administration are comfortable creating structure and improving processes in an organization where things move quickly have experience coordinating IT projects and collaborating across departments communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
