Requirements
📋 Your responsibilities and impact
You will own and scale Limepack’s e-commerce channel into a major revenue driver, continuously improving how customers discover, navigate, and purchase across markets.- Continuous optimization mindset – Constantly identify and drive improvements across the website experience, with a strong commercial focus and ambitious conversion growth targets, including a 30% uplift in conversion rates.
- Obsessed with seamless customer journeys – Live and breathe frictionless user experiences, creating the most intuitive and light-touch customer journey possible from discovery to purchase.
- Own the numbers – Treat the website as a growth engine, continuously optimizing revenue, profitability, retention, and customer lifetime value through experimentation and data-driven insights.
- Build, test, and scale improvements across the entire customer journey, ensuring solutions are effective across multiple markets.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, UX/UI, and Frontend Development to turn insights into impactful, scalable solutions.
- Play a key role in shaping and building the e-commerce team as we grow.
- You are highly commercial and driven by measurable impact. You naturally focus on outcomes like revenue, conversion, and growth, and you track success against them.
- You think strategically with a strong sense of prioritization. You know how to cut through complexity, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and focus your efforts where they matter most.
- You think in systems and scalability. You build solutions that can be rolled out across markets and repeated over time.
- You are strongly data-driven and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions.
- You have a strong bias for action. You move quickly from idea to execution, test, learn, and iterate continuously.

- You enjoy building and enabling teams, and you care about creating clarity, structure, and momentum in a growing environment.
- You have experience within e-commerce, where you have had real ownership of performance and results.
- You have worked hands-on with optimizing webshops and customer journeys, improving metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, and revenue.
- You are comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into concrete actions, and you understand key e-commerce metrics like CVR, AOV, LTV, and CAC.
- You have worked across functions, collaborating with marketing, developers, and designers, and know how to turn input into execution.
- Experience working across multiple markets or with localized domains is a strong plus.
- You are comfortable working in a setup with tools like Google Analytics (or similar), CRM systems, email/lifecycle platforms, and custom webshop environments.
