Student Assistant – Supply Chain & Performance Insights
This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your academic skills in practice while learning about medical device manufacturing, performance management and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities As a Student Assistant, you will support our Supply Chain and Operations teams with data analysis, reporting and visual performance management.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues across the organization and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our processes and performance insights. You will get a unique introduction to working in a regulated production environment while gaining practical experience with BI tools, KPI reporting, data structuring and qualitative analyses.
The role is part-time, approximately 15 hours per week, with high flexibility and consideration for exam periods. Once you are familiar with your tasks, you will typically work one day onsite and one day from home. Typical Tasks Include Supporting KPI reporting, BI dashboards and Visual Performance Management (VPM) tools Preparing Performance Boards, presentations and reports for decision-making and root-cause analyses Assisting in collecting, structuring and validating data from various sources Contributing to analysis tasks and improvement initiatives across Supply Chain Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure high-quality insights Helping the team strengthen processes and documentation within performance management Support new ERP implementation Qualifications We imagine that you are studying Production Engineering, HA mat/dat, or something entirely different though with strong quantitative analytical backbone.
Your study direction is less important — what matters is that you: Have a genuine interest in working with data, performance insights and qualitative analyses Are structured, curious and able to work independently Have a good analytical mindset and an eye for details and deadlines Enjoy collaborating with others and want to be part of a supportive and professional team Are motivated to learn about production and supply chain operations Experience with Excel, Power BI or similar tools is an advantage, but not a requirement — the most important thing is your motivation and willingness to learn.
