Technical Change Engineer

We are looking for a committed and driven Technical Change Engineer who will play a key role in further developing and anchoring the company’s work with technical quality and process control.
Your Responsibilities As Technical Change Engineer, you will ensure that product and project data are structured, traceable, and consistent throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate across Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, Planning, IT, and Project Management, supporting technical change management, documentation, and data integrity in line with ISO 10007.
Your primary responsibility will be to: Maintain technical product documentation Systematically identify, control versions, and ensure traceability of product data Coordinate and document technical changes across teams Align design data, parts lists, and released documentation Participate in technical reviews, change boards, and audits Support internal and customer audits related to engineering documentation and data integrity Contribute to process and tool improvements for data quality and efficiency Act as a liaison between disciplines to ensure consistent implementation of change processes and documentation standards Our organization values open dialogue, helpfulness, and a shared commitment to moving forward.
As Technical Change Engineer you will have the opportunity to influence and help shape how we secure process integrity, technical compliance, and quality across all projects—reporting directly to the QHSE Manager. Your Profile You approach tasks in a structured and detail-oriented manner, and you are motivated by ensuring control and transparency in complex systems.You collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. We are looking for someone who brings: Technical or engineering background, preferably from a production company Experience in documentation, change management, or data governance within engineering or manufacturing Familiarity with ISO 10007 and structured change control (planning, identification, coordination, tracking, verification) Experience handling parts lists, drawings, and revision control Knowledge of PLM/ERP systems and data handling in complex environments Strong skills in MS Office tools Fluency in English, both written and spoken Your New Team You will join our growing Projects organization with more than 27 colleagues.
We work with Project Management, Planning, Configuration Management and Quality. The projects vary from upgrade projects, standard projects to larger development projects. The Quality team consists of 9 dedicated, experienced, and ambitious colleagues.In our daily work we collaborate closely with Project Management, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, and Production.
