About the role Step into the heart of decision-making and make a significant impact as the Executive Personal Assistant to one of the most dynamic Executives in the market. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and enhancing internal collaboration, communication and engagement across International in Arla.
You will partner closely with the EVP and her International Leadership Team (ILT) to drive initiatives and strategies that resonate with the organization. The role offers a great balance between classical PA task and more communicative and project oriented tasks.
In essence the job has the following responsibilities Developing, planning, organizing and executing internal engagement activities in International. Organizing and executing all employee webcasts and selected townhalls, from outlining the agenda to finalizing the presentation and providing all administrative support.
Responding to ad hoc internal and external requests to the EVP, acting as first point of contact for various enquires. Assisting with ILT meetings and events by proactively preparing the annual meeting calendar, organizing sessions, drafting agendas, gathering necessary materials, taking action notes, and ensuring timely follow-up for smooth leadership team operations.
Acting as a trusted sparring partner for the EVP, helping to understand and convey her needs and wishes, and collecting and communicating relevant information from the organization to the EVP. Managing the EVP's calendar and various ad hoc administrative tasks such as travel booking and invoice approvals.
It is also a role that you can personalize over time. As you participate in various forums as a representative for our EVP, your eagerness to delve into business and critical projects naturally leads to being involved in a selected portfolio of projects.

The ideal candidate will have Strong communication and collaboration skills, both internal and external, including the preparation of presentations and agendas. Experience working closely with senior management and being a trusted and responsible sparring partner. The ability to handle confidential information with care and demonstrate honesty and ethical behavior in all interactions. A proactive outlook, an inclusive and service-driven mindset, organized methods, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently with considerable autonomy and adaptability.
