At BHJ/Essentia Protein Solutions we’re looking for a student assistant who’s passionate about people, systems, and development – and who’s eager to contribute to the continuous development of the HR department.Ansvarsområder og opgaver You will become part of a dedicated HR team, where you will have the opportunity to work with both day-to-day HR tasks and development projects that strengthen our digital workflows and employee experience.
Your responsibilities may include:administrative tasks and data maintenance in HR systemssupporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee communicationhelping to digitalize and optimize HR processesanalyzing and visualizing HR dataassisting with projects and events that support our culture and strategy Kompetencer og personlig profilWe imagine that you are currently studying in a university or similar higher education program - ideally within fields such as Human Resources, Communication, IT, Data Science, or Organizational Studies.
Furthermore, we imagine that you:have a natural interest in people and HR and enjoy working with systemsare structured, curious, and take initiativeare a superuser in Excel and comfortable working with dataare interested in (or already familiar with) tools like Power BI and curious about how AI can support HR tasks and processesYou are reliable and understand the importance of handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.Communicate clearly, both in Danish and English Vi tilbyderAn exciting student position of approx.
