Team & role overview
You will play a key role in driving execution on the organization's most important strategic initiatives - ensuring that ambitions don't just get planned, but actually happen. The role is hands-on and high-impact: you will own the progress of critical deliverables, push cross-functional projects forward, and hold the organization accountable to its priorities.
You will be a central force in GoWish's strategy execution - not just tracking what needs to happen, but actively making it happen. Working closely with the CEO and management team, you will drive decisions all the way through to tangible outcomes, maintaining sharp prioritization, relentless momentum, and a high standard of execution discipline across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Close sparring partner and day-to-day execution support to the CEO
- Acting as a liaison between senior management and the board
- Owning the follow-up on leadership meetings - turning decisions into tracked actions and real outcomes
- Driving cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from kickoff to completion
- Proactively identifying bottlenecks and removing obstacles to keep key priorities on track
- Preparing sharp analyses, presentations, and decision materials that raise the quality and speed of management team output
- Bringing structure and clarity to a fast-moving organization without slowing it down
- Continuously improving processes and workflows as the company scales
What we’re looking for 🌟

- Highly structured and able to create clarity in complexity
- Background from consulting, PMO, project management, or a similar role close to senior leadership - experience from a tech platform company is a plus
- Relentlessly results-driven, proactive, and consistently able to deliver outcomes under pressure
- A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
- Comfortable going deep operationally while keeping the strategic picture in view
- Strong analytically, with clear and precise communication skills
- Able to translate complex problems into sharp presentations and actionable decisions
- Positive, constructive, and solution-oriented when facing challenges
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
