Its primary mission is to ensure the efficient functioning and utilization of the Nordic power system while maintaining a high level of power supply security at all times. We are currently seeking a Compliance IT Security Manager who is passionate about driving change and making an impact in this vital field.Job describtion Reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure & Security, and in close collaboration with CISO, the business units and your Operational IT Security colleagues your responsibilities are:Ensure that IT and NRCC technologies are aligned with the overall technology security strategyFormulate a prioritized security roadmap that aligns with business objectives, security policies, and risk management frameworksImplement and manage security and risk management procedures, and regularly report on identified security threats and vulnerabilitiesProactively engage in IT and NRCC projects from the earliest stages to ensure secure and risk-aligned outcomesDetect, triage, and coordinate responses to security incidents across all IT environmentsEnsure compliance with applicable regulationsImplement and optimize automated security provisioning and management processes across diverse IT solutions and environmentsDefine and execute security strategies to safeguard NRCC’s digital infrastructure and sensitive dataProvide early detection and response to potential breaches, and ensure continuous oversight of technology assets through data-driven monitoring and analysisAll technology-related work must comply with established quality standards and adhere to contractual, regulatory, and legal requirementsYour work responsibilities and scope of work will develop over time as Nordic RCC develops and as you make your influence. You will work together with the Head of IT Infrastructure & Security to structure the role, so it fits your profile and career development.Structured, open minded and team oriented Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a technology focus is preferred. Ideally, you have 5 years or more of relevant work experience.
