Job Description Ready to combine technical expertise with commercial impact in a fast-paced, global environment?As Technical Key Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted go-to expert for our strategic HVAC OEM customers – owning the technical relationship, driving solution development, and identifying opportunities that turn into impactful business.
You’ll work from Denmark, collaborating globally and traveling approx. 30+ days a year to stay close to the customer. This is a dynamic role where you’ll be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with Sales, R&D, and Product Management to deliver customer-centric solutions that drive growth.

Responsibilities As Technical Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the technical dimension of our customer relationships – from solution specification to project execution and strategic roadmap development. Moreover, you will: Own the technical responsibility for specifying customer offerings and solutions Maintain deep knowledge of customers’ current and future product offerings Develop customer roadmaps that align with their needs and create mutual value Act as project manager for customer projects, focusing on business case and technical scope Collaborate closely with Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities Ensure access to key technical stakeholders and decision-makers to influence engagement Communicate professionally and timely with customers on all technical matters Build strong technical and application knowledge to support customer dialogues Gather and share technical competitor intelligence from the market Serve as both a technical leader and a hands-on technical specialist Your background We’re looking for a collaborative and structured technical person who thrives in a dynamic, global environment.

You bring strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to drive change through influence and coordination. Moreover, we imagine that you have/are: A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar technical education 10+ years of relevant working experience 5+ years of proven technical leadership Commercial mindset and experience working closely with sales teams Solid foundation for navigating and succeeding in a complex organization Fluent in English – both written and spoken – and able to communicate across language barriers Willingness and ability to travel approx.
