As Commercial Project Manager, you'll take our priority revenue growth initiatives from idea through to rollout within one of or across both markets. These are the bigger, cross-functional pieces of work that matter commercially but keep getting pushed aside by the day-to-day.They need one person with the time and the rigour to see them through properly. You'll run them end to end while the Revenue Management team keeps daily commercial performance on track.It's a broad, hands-on job, requiring collaboration with colleagues across all teams in the Danish & Swiss region as well as Group (UK).
You'll work across pricing, product, proposition and commercial testing, and you'll be trusted to get on with it in your own way. What you'll do● Own and deliver the bigger revenue-growth projects across Denmark and Switzerland – from idea, through a solid business case, to rollout.● Build realistic, numbers-led business cases: together with colleagues from commercial Finance, work out the likely impact on revenue, volume and retention, and set the metrics that show whether it's working.● Run each project end to end: scoping, planning, getting the right people involved, keeping it moving and reporting about progress against target.● Work across both markets and every team that touches the member (colleagues in Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Tech and Finance) to get things live and landing well.● Design and deploy commercial tests and follow up with a clear recommendation: scale it, change it, or stop it.● Keep the member experience in mind throughout, ensuring that revenue is delivered in a way that improves member value.● Be the person who owns the development work, so the Revenue Management team can stay focused on daily commercial operations.
Your qualifications What you'll bring● A good commercial mindset and comfort with numbers: you can build a business case and set up a test analysis to meaningfully uncover value delivered.● 5+ years experience running projects end to end, ideally from a commercial team.● The confidence to run your own process, deal with a bit of ambiguity and get to a decision.● You work well with people across teams and, here, across two markets, bringing them with you rather than pushing past them.● Fluent English (our working language) and preferably also Danish.
