We are looking for a skilled and motivated Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain healthcare software solutions that support clinical workflows, patient care, and operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and user-friendly applications tailored to the needs of hospitals and care providers.The ideal candidate embraces AI as a tool for efficiency, leveraging intelligent technologies to enhance application performance and streamline development processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain healthcare applications, integration tools and data-driven decision support tools.
- Leverage AI technologies to improve development workflows and application capabilities.
- Collaborate with clinicians and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
- Ensure applications comply with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HL7, FHIR).
- Integrate systems using healthcare data exchange protocols (e.g., HL7, FHIR, MEDCOM).
- Optimize application performance, usability, and security in clinical environments.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with support and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications- Proven experience in application development, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, Java, Blazor, Angular or JavaScript.
- Experience with healthcare IT systems and clinical workflows.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, MEDCOM).
- Understanding of data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, MDR).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
