As a Junior SDR, you'll have a dual impact: booking high-quality meetings for our Account Executives on Emply People, while also owning the full sales cycle for Emply People Go, from first outreach to closed deal. With two complementary products to position, you'll quickly develop the instinct to match the right solution to the right company at the right moment, a skill that will serve you throughout your sales career.Emply People from Paychex Europe is a flexible HR system for small and medium-sized businesses that unifies the entire employee journey in one solution, from recruitment and onboarding to performance, time and absence management, and offboarding.

Emply People Go is the plug-and-play entry point designed for smaller companies, a lighter, fast-to-deploy solution that gets businesses up and running quickly, and naturally grows with them toward the full Emply People platform.Beyond the day-to-day, this role is a genuine launchpad.
Closing your own deals from day one means you'll build real commercial muscle fast, while the natural upgrade path from Emply People Go to Emply People gives you a direct line into more complex, full-cycle sales as you grow. You'll build close working relationships with our Danish Account Executives and Marketing team with a clear path toward a senior SDR or full-cycle AE role as you develop.
Your responsibilitiesYou are responsible for building and maintaining a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline for the Danish market across two tracks. On one hand, you identify and qualify prospects for Emply People, booking high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.
On the other, you own the full Emply People Go sales cycle independently, from prospecting and outreach through to demo and close. You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to align your activity with campaigns and market initiatives and develop a sharp sense for which product fits which company.

Here is a non-conclusive list of tasks in the role: Proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and engage decision-makers at Danish SMBs across both Emply Go and Emply People Qualifying inbound leads and converting them into booked meetings for the Account Executive team on Emply People Owning the full sales cycle for Emply People Go, running your own demos, handling objections, and closing deals independently Identifying Emply People Go customers with the potential to grow into Emply People, and handing those opportunities over to the Account Executive team at the right moment Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and customer interactions in our CRM Collaborating with Marketing on campaign follow-up and outreach sequences, and continuously refining your messaging based on data and feedback Our humble expectationsGiven the responsibilities mentioned above, we expect people with the following traits, skills and experience to be successful in this role:You have 1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or outbound role and you're comfortable owning a conversation from first contact through to closeYou communicate clearly and confidently in Danish, both written and spokenYou are structured and consistent.
