We design and install advanced processing equipment that optimizes production worldwide – and now we’re looking for an Automation Engineer with strong skills in PLC/HMI-programming, SCADA systems, and data exchange between OT and IT.You will join a dedicated team of 20 coworkers working on innovative automation projects with a focus on standardization, development, and security.
From writing programs from scratch to commissioning and handing over the final solution to the customer, you will have ownership of your projects and the chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automation solutions based on Siemens TIA Portal or Rockwell.
Design and implement libraries, faceplates, and standardized modules.
Integrate and optimize SCADA systems and ensure seamless data exchange between OT and IT.
Implement cybersecurity measures in OT environments according to IEC 62443 and the new Machinery Regulation.
Participate in development projects focused on efficiency and standardization.
Commissioning, testing, adjustments, and operator training for processing equipment.
Collaborate closely with automation colleagues, project managers, and customers.
Expect approx.
60+ days of travel per year for commissioning and customer support.
Your Qualifications Degree in Automation Engineering or similar technical background.
Practical background- electrician, mechanic or similar.
Experience with Siemens TIA Portal.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.PcSchematic knowledge is a plus.
Understanding of OT/IT integration and data exchange between systems.
Professional proficiency in English and Danish.
