HR Director - Anora Denmark

Anora Denmark is seeking an HR Director. This is a unique opportunity to take on a key role with full people responsibility for our Danish sites in Køge and Copenhagen. You will play a central role in driving Anora’s HR work in both our production and commercial unit.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Partner with Danish managers on people, culture, and communication to support business performance
- Lead and ensure efficient, compliant HR operations, including payroll, compensation, benefits, and salary processes
- Drive employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, and local trainings/events to foster a strong workplace culture
- Ensure legal compliance across all employee matters, including organizational changes, data privacy, and negotiations
- Manage employee relations and support the handling of workplace matters as needed
- Lead and develop the local HR team, hold budget responsibility, and contribute as a member of the international People & Communication Management Team
At our locations in Køge and Copenhagen the collaboration and mutual support are a part of everyday working life. You will be closely connected to our production team and commercial team, placing you at the heart of our Danish business.

You come with:
- Experience from a HR leadership role in Denmark
- Experience from both manufacturing and commercial environments (experience from the food industry is an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of Danish employment law and labor relations
- Relevant higher education and preferably certifications within SHL, Mercer
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes such as; salary, compensation, recruitment, performace management, administration, training and personal administration
- Experience from partnering on people matters with multiple managers and stakeholder
- Strong proficiency in HRTech systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to translate business strategy into concrete and value-adding HR initiatives – and ensure execution
- Fluent in Danish and able to communicate in English with colleagues in other Nordic countries.
