Then we invite you to be part of a small, dynamic and innovative team at Argon Medical Devices in Denmark. You will have a high degree of freedom in your work and report to your manager in Switzerland. On a daily basis, you will work closely with your Danish and Nordic colleagues in account management and customer service.You are fully proficient in electronic order receipt, processing, follow-up, complaints, etc. But of course, you also understand how to provide excellent customer service on the phone.Argon Medical is a global manufacturer of specialty medical products, headquartered in Plano, TX.
Argon offers a broad line of medical devices for Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, Interventional Cardiology and Oncology. Argon’s brand is recognized for best-in-class products that improve patient outcomes via percutaneous, image-guided procedures.
By utilizing a well-established sales and marketing infrastructure, Argon serves its global customers through a direct sales organization and through long-standing relationships with medical device distributors, strategic partners and OEMs. Argon Medical Devices in Danmark primarily functions as the Danish sales and distribution unit.
They are responsible for the sale, distribution and delivery of specialised medical equipment to the Danish healthcare system, including hospitals.YOUR PRIMARY WORK TASKS Monitor and process incoming ordersHandle complaints and back ordersRespond to enquiriesCustomer contact and guidanceUpdate the ERP systemSupporting the sales team and various ad hoc tasks.PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONSFinish, Swedish and English fluently.
If you also understand Danish or Norwegian it will be an advantageSolid experience with order processing, complaints and customer service preferably within the Medical Devices industryGood understanding of IT-systems, excellent user skills, preferably experience with QAD or similar systems like Navision or SAPKnowledge of international trade PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONSMeticulous, detail-oriented and strong administrative skillsEmpathetic, patient and clear communication skills Accountable and takes responsibilityHighly adaptable and Argon Medical is a growing company, which means that changes are constantly being made that must be complied with and implemented.YOU ARE OFFEREDA full-time contract 37 hours per week, working hours Monday – Thursday 8 am – 4 pm, Friday till 3:30 pm.
