O&M Engineer
We’re looking for an O&M Engineer to play an important role in Operations and Maintenance with troubleshooting and improving the efficiency of our systems. If you’re ready to take on exciting challenges and contribute to a greener future, we want to hear from you!
As an O&M Engineer in Unity Power you will be part of servicing a number of large-scale PV power plants in Denmark. In a collaboration with the site operation managers and the electricians on site, you contribute to ensuring an optimized performance of the parks.
We are a dynamic team operating in a hands-on environment where your expertise can make a tangible difference.
The position will report to the O&M Director.
Primary tasks and areas of responsibility- Follow the safety instructions implemented for each project
- Support to O&M monitoring process for each site
- Support the preventive maintenance plan in each site
- Daily activities coordination with site electricians
- Monitor the alarm management on all sites
- Prepare the O&M monthly reports for all sites
- Monitoring the activities performed into the CMMS
- Collect the information required for technical reports
- Support the commissioning on new sites
- Support the coordination of O&M contracts
- Sporadic travel to sites will be required
Our preferred candidate
In our search for our new colleague, we hope to see candidates with the following profile- Electrical Engineer
- 2 years of experience from industrial plants or renewables
- Good understanding of electrical drawings
- Knowledge of the use of electrical tools
- Experience with CMMS is an advantage
- Experience with SCADA is an advantage
- Experience with MS-Office
- A permit to work in Denmark (EU)
- Proficiency in English, Danish is an advantage but not a prerequisite

Founded in 2025 by Bregentved, the company currently employs around 20 people across two locations: Denmark and Poland. In Denmark, the temporary office is based in Næstved, with plans for a permanent office to be located south of Copenhagen, within a 50-minute train ride from Copenhagen Central Station.
