Our mission at International Centre is to support DTI’s proposals for European R&D projects and tenders across more than 30 technical centres. Here you’ll get a taste of what it’s like to work with European policy and fundraising. What your day-to-day task could look like Together with our other student assistant based in Aarhus, you will assist in tasks such as: Assisting in the preparation of funding proposals.
Participating in meetings and facilitating communication with internal and external partners. Updating and maintaining our proposal database, including creating simple graphs and statistics. Helping keeping track of administrative and legal processes related to EU projects.
Developing in-house tools to support proposal preparation. Who you are We are looking for a student assistant who: Is currently in their bachelor’s or master’s program, with at least 18–24 months of studies remaining. Has strong English skills and can communicate fluently in both speaking and writing.
Danish proficiency is not required. Has a curiosity about AI and is eager to apply it practically. Is proficient in MS Office, with additional skills in simple graphics being an advantage. Has an interest in understanding EU funding systems and related policies.
