Job Description Join Grundfos as EHS Sr. Manager – Lead Sustainability and Safety for Our Industry Division Are you passionate about creating a safer, more sustainable future?Do you thrive in a leadership role where you can influence strategy, empower teams, and make a tangible impact across a global organization? Grundfos is looking for a dedicated EHS Sr. Manager to champion our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) ambitions across the Industry Division, covering manufacturing, sales and service activities globally.
Your Purpose As EHS Sr. Manager, you will be the driving force behind achieving Grundfos EHS targets. You’ll lead the deployment of policies, programs, and processes, collaborating working with key stakeholders across the Industry Division supported by the rest of the global GEHS team.
Location: Primarily based at our Headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark, or alternatively at another Grundfos office within Europe Reporting to: Senior Director, Group EHS Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Act as the main EHS reference in the Division, guiding leadership teams and educating stakeholders on sustainability and safety.
Team Empowerment: Mentor and onboard local EHS managers, support hiring, and foster collaboration across regions and functions. Planning & Target Setting: Define divisional EHS targets and ensure alignment with investment projects and strategic goals.
Operational Excellence: Support ISO certifications, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote knowledge sharing and implement Group requirements. Performance Management: Monitor EHS performance, incidents, and corrective actions.
Contribute to KPI discussions and root cause analysis. What You’ll Bring Master’s degree or equivalent Lead Auditor certification in ISO 14001/45001 or similar NEBOSH Diploma/Certificate or BCSP certification 10+ years of relevant experience in EHS leadership Proven experience in stakeholder management across diverse functions and levels.
Demonstrated global experience working in international environments or across multiple regions. Background in navigating complex structures within large, matrixed organizations. Advanced English proficiency Strong knowledge of EHS best practices and systems Why Grundfos?
