Your role in our team Our facilities in Lystrup deliver solutions for mission-critical applications across both electronic and mechanical assembly.
You will join a department of 14 skilled colleagues, providing strong opportunities for collaboration, sparring, and knowledge-sharing.
Our production is characterized by highly complex, low-volume products – always executed with uncompromising focus on quality.
In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with a colleague who shares your technical background, as well as other team members who contribute with system knowledge and specialist insights.
You will also support and work alongside approximately 17 mechanical operators on the shop floor.
The team culture is practical and solution-oriented, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and open knowledge sharing.

How you will make a meaningful contribution As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the mechanical assembly area and ensuring that daily production runs smoothly and efficiently.You will serve as a technical anchor point for operators while helping drive high-quality, reliable processes.
Your key responsibilities include: Providing technical guidance and hands-on support to operators Troubleshooting and resolving production challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented approach Preparing clear and accurate work instructions for mechanical assembly Creating time estimates and defining production routings Managing deviations, verifying processes, and ensuring compliance with quality requirements Collaborating with developers and reviewing technical documentation to ensure seamless handovers Bring your world class expertise into play You are fluent in Danish and English both in writing and verbal at a professional level.
Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications: Strong technical foundation with a passion for supporting and improving production processes, ideally with an educational background as a technician, production technologist, or similar Relevant experience in a production environment, with manufacturing engineering experience considered a strong advantage Practical and service-minded, with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a systematic, well-organized approach to work Ability to document processes clearly, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure compliance even under pressure Additional skills that would be beneficial, but not a requirement: Knowledge of root cause analysis and preventive action tools (e.g., FMEA) Experience with process optimization using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
