As our new Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in connecting our sales teams, customers, and operations, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional service across the board.

This is your opportunity to be part of a company rooted in tradition, yet constantly evolving — where your coordination skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset will help us deliver on our promise: “Together, we create a more sustainable future for food.” Your primary tasks will include: Generate sales & align opportunities with sales lead in Poland Map & segment customer base Calculation optimization with sales lead in Poland Coordination with planning, logistics & Engine Room (price optimization platform) Administrative tasks such as sales orders, claims, credit- & debit-notes 10 to 20 travel days pr year should be expected (1st year an exemption) Commercial and service mindset spiced with eminent stakeholder management skillsYou have some experience from within support or sales functions.

Alternatively, you have experience from service or food processing, were sales, service and business understanding is in the forefront.
As a person, you are service-minded, positive, and naturally proactive.
You enjoy collaboration and bring a cheerful attitude to your work.
You are independent and not afraid to take on new tasks — always with a humble approach.
Since you will be working with many internal and external stakeholders, communication and service are key traits of yours.
We also expect you to be structured and have a strong sense of order.
You thrive in a sales organization where no two days are the same and the pace is high.
You are skilled at prioritizing your tasks and understand that the customer always comes first.
An important success criterion in this role will be to create a broad collaboration within the group with e.g., Finance, IT, Sales, Production, Global Categories, as well as external partners.
Therefore, you need to have a natural impact, show commitment, and ensure momentum on your tasks and projects.

Likewise, with your solid communication skills, you are good at building and maintaining relationships with your stakeholders as you add value to the business.

Qualifications: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Experience in sales, meat, FMCG or a related industry is preferred.
Flair for IT, with knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Native Polish, English on working level and preferred also knowledge of Danish, both written and spoken.
