Your new role
As our Senior Insights & Analytics Manager you will join a small, agile analytics team passionate about turning data into insights and actions. You will lead cross-functional analytics projects that link consumer and patient behaviour to commercial performance, influence strategic decisions, and help build a stronger data-driven culture.
Furthermore, you will:
- Lead end-to-end analyses of patient and consumer behaviours, journeys and decision drivers using market research, social listening, digital and other consumer data sources — and connect those insights to market sales performance.
- Partner closely with Consumer Engagement & Communication and other stakeholders to synthesize complex internal and external data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and risks, initiative new projects and deliver concise analyses combining qualitative and quantitative evidence.
- Co-design KPI frameworks and measurement plans; track and evaluate the impact of patient/consumer engagement (e.g., online campaigns, media coverage).
- Translate findings into compelling presentations and data-driven stories for cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics Lead on the team to build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that monitor trends, performance and opportunities.
- Guide BI development to ensure reliable analytics pipelines, data sourcing, quality and integration across datasets.
- Keep current with best practices in digital health analytics, social listening and emerging methodologies.

Your skills & qualifications
To excel in this position, you have a master’s degree in business administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or similar coupled with 5-7 years of relevant experience in consumer insights, digital analytics or market research — preferably in consumer health, retail, e-commerce, technology, streaming, digital or FMCG industry.
In addition, you have:
- Strong experience working with consumer, social and digital data sources (consumer-based market research, social listening platforms, web & app analytics, CRM, paid/digital campaign analytics)
- Working proficiency with complex business questions from multiple data sources and a demonstrated ability to understand and analyse new datasets and conclude new insights, in close link to the business reality
- Experience designing measurement frameworks and KPIs for digital and communications initiatives
- Strong knowledge in database solutions and visualization tools e.g., PowerBI, Snowflake, Salesforce while guiding development requirements
- Professional level written and spoken English
- A highly curious, creative and collaborative mind with a can-do attitude, able to design, develop, and implement new initiatives combined with exceptional learning and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas in a simple to understand manner, with demonstrated abilities in data storytelling
- Cross functional collaboration and leading without authority
- Stakeholder management, business partnering experience
- Knowledge of data processes incl. data extract, transformation and analysis tools is a strong plus but not a must (PowerQuery/PowerBI/Alteryx/SQL)
