About the Role As a Senior Manager in KPMG's Sourcing & Procurement Advisory team, you will play a central role in both project delivery and business development.
You will lead strategic procurement projects while also contributing to the development of KPMG's market position in sourcing and procurement.
The role combines deep professional expertise with commercial understanding and requires the ability to build strong relationships
Develop and implement sorucing strategies, including spend analyses, sourcing initiatives, and contract management.
Advise on the use of AI and digitalization in relation to procurement.
Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to sales processes and proposal writing.
Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives in the relevant areas.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning of KPMG’s sourcing & procurement services.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement across organizations.
Coach and develop junior consultants within the team.
About you, our newest team member Relevant higher education (e.g., Master's in Business Administration, Master's in Engineering).
Minimum 6-12 years of experience in sourcing and procurement – preferably from the consulting industry or larger companies.
Proven experience in business development, customer engagement, and sales activities.
Solid experience with strategic sourcing, sourcing models, and supplier selection, contract management, and supplier management.
Familiarity with relevant tools and systems.
Strong analytical skills and good business acumen.
Fluent in Danish and English – both spoken and written.
