• English: B2 (written and spoken)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00
• Operations run 365 days per year

Role Overview

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join a growing international support team, working remotely from Latvia.

You will assist customers with travel-related services, ensuring smooth booking experiences and professional support throughout their journey.

• Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Support customers with bookings, modifications, and travel assistance
• Provide clear and professional communication at all times
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards
• Collaborate with international teams to maintain service excellence

• Native or C1/C2 level Danish (written and spoken)
• B2 level English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
• If applying from outside Latvia, must confirm independent relocation
