Be a part of an ambitious strategic journey You will be a part of our newly established Finance Strategy team and in collaboration with the team, you will have an impact on making our strategy deliver measurable results and ensuring that our financial targets align with our strategic objectives.
You will work closely with our Finance Business Partners, Strategy, Procurement, and appointed cost-out leads within the business areas, and together you will be a part of one of the most ambitious strategic journeys within the energy and telco industries.
Drive strategic impact Your role promises dynamic engagement and a unique chance to be at the forefront of transformative initiatives, ensuring Norlys remains a leader in creating innovative solutions.As a Financial Transformation Manager, your primary task is to deliver a structured and data-informed approach to tracking cost-out initiatives.
You will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive overview of all activities, challenging the status quo, and ensuring the continued evolution of our cost-out portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Track cost-out initiatives at the portfolio level, leading monthly follow-ups across all business units.
Own and develop the cost-out initiative tracking tool for leads across business units.Collaborate with Finance Business Partners, Procurement and Strategy to evolve cost-out pipelines.
Align financial targets with cost-out initiative progress.
Deliver executive reporting to the Strategy team, CFO, Executive Leadership Team and board of Directors.
Support strategic governance forums with cost-out performance insights.
Implement structured cost-out execution using a stage-gate model approach.
Use your expertise to develop our cost-out program We expect you to have solid experience from a similar position.
As a person, you are curious, outgoing, and skilled at building relationships.
You excel in stakeholder management and have the confidence to challenge and ask critical questions.
You are proactive and adaptable, and capable of independently driving strategic initiatives.
We are looking for someone with: Master’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
Strong portfolio management skills — structured, detail-oriented and diligent.Ability to engage with strategy, finance and business projects.
Experience in handling complex data and communicating clearly.
Excellent stakeholder management and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
Experience with transformation or efficiency programs is a plus.
