We are seeking a Head of International Tax & Projects to join our growing organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring tax support to our commercial in-house business partners, supporting global launch efforts and involvement in various business development projects where tax support is required and to global tax risk management.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

You will join our Finance organization and be part of Group Tax. We work closely with our colleagues across finance functions in both the US and Europe, cultivating a welcoming environment where collaboration is key. You will be based in Hellerup, and report directly to the VP & Head of Tax who is also in Hellerup.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Act as tax business partner for key stakeholders to ensure efficient tax management and planning related to partner alliances, international markets and other dedicated business units.
- Take lead in global launch preparedness and execution of launch – for select jurisdictions - including ensuring tax due diligence is conducted and processes put in place.
- Provide tax-advice and support to business development activities and other projects.
- Support in implementation of Pillar II and CBC reporting.
- Support in maintaining awareness of and duly implementation of Tax Control Framework and tax-relevant policies.
- Manage corporate tax audits globally.
Qualifications and Skills:
You hold a relevant academic degree – probably a Master of Accounting, a Law Degree or Finance/Law (Cand.Merc.Jur) and have 8+ years of experience with international tax and preferably experience from an in-house function.
Key competencies:
The position calls for a blend of analytical rigor and interpersonal skills, as you'll be guiding stakeholders, working cross-functionally, and representing the company during audits.
You are analytical with an eye for details, while also being able to think holistically and strategically. You have experience working with and maneuvering between several countries’ tax laws and working in a dynamic environment where things change rapidly and re-prioritization is needed to reach the targeted goals.
