About the Role & Team

Our Copenhagen office is a vibrant, international office gathering 60+ colleagues. We’ve built a unique setup that brings together a diverse mix of departments, including People, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product & Development, all working side-by-side.

Our Danish sales team currently consists of three dedicated members based in Aarhus, while our Sales Director Nordics is located in Copenhagen.

You’ll become part of a driven and supportive environment where collaboration and results go hand in hand, working closely across markets and functions. As our new Sales Development Representative, your main objective will be to drive revenue growth while contributing to the team’s continued success and future expansion.

What you will do
  • Generate new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the Danish market, focusing on the Formalize product
  • Identify, contact and communicate with potential customers or partners with the aim of organising client meetings
  • Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, as you will be the first point of contact, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services
  • Carefully design your prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot
What you bring
  • Native proficiency in Danish and professional proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
  • Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment

It is not a requirement to have many years of sales experience, but it is a plus if you have. Most importantly, we are looking for people with the right drive and motivation.

Practicalities
  • Salary:
  • Base Salary: 25,500 - 26,400 DKK / month (depending on experience)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Expect to earn between 32,000 – 33,000 DKK / month in total when hitting your targets. Your commission is uncapped, meaning there is no ceiling on how much you can earn if you outperform
  • Office location: Skelbækgade 2, Copenhagen
  • Working hours: 37 hours a week, with one day working from home

You will be offered a base salary of 25.500 DKK, when being new to the SDR role. Candidates with significant, directly relevant sales or lead-generation experience may be offered up to 26.400 DKK, based on an assessment of prior qualifications.
