HR Partner/HR-IT Projects & Hourly Employees

Role split: 50% HR Project Management · 50% HR Partner

This new role has a dual focus:

• HR Partner: The remaining time is to be the HR partnering for Vexve A/S hourly employees in our on-site operations in Denmark as well as eventually supporting in China.
• HR-IT: Expect that half of your time is spent leading and participating in international HR projects — your first project is rolling out SuccessFactors across Vexve A/S in close cooperation with other global HR colleagues.

At Vexve A/S, we develop and manufacture dynamic valves and innovative, energy-efficient solutions for hydronic systems in buildings, marine applications and district energy networks.

• Close to the product – you support the managers and employees who turn metal into quality solutions every day.
• Digitalization mandate – depending on your skill set, you may own the HR-IT-agenda for Vexve A/S and how it shapes data-driven HR. You are responsible for a monthly HR-report to Vexve Group, the Management Team as well as an annual ESG-report.

What you will be doing

• Serve as the primary HR partner for hourly employees and their leaders in operations.
• Ensure compliance with collective agreements (Confederation of Danish Industry) and Danish labor law.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development dialogues, absence, and offboarding.
• Support constructive collaboration with union representatives and the working environment organization.

• Development of SuccessFactors across Vexve A/S & subsidiaries.
• Act as the key interface between HR and business, initially supporting and guiding users across the organization.
• Identify and drive automation and optimization of HR workflows and processes.
• Lead cross-group HR digitalization and other projects to harmonize people practices in Vexve A/S and subsidiaries often as part of our global HR Team.

• 2-3 years of HR experience such as HR Business Partner or HR Consultant.
• Solid knowledge of collective agreements and industrial labor law in Denmark.
• Experience with HR in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Hands-on with HR systems and data — SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
• Strong communicator who builds trust across all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable navigating both operational day-to-day and longer-term strategically.
• Expect some travelling e.g. to our international locations or when working with global HR projects.
• Experience from an international organization is a plus.
