Matas Group is today a fully integrated omnichannel company with more than 25% of revenue in pure digital channels, but we have great ambitions to create even better and innovative user experiences both in the individual channels and across.Notes on the TeamYou will join a dedicated IT Operations team with colleagues in both Denmark and Sweden. The team is responsible for the daily operation and security of our IT infrastructure, including our Microsoft platforms, supporting a business with over 500 stores across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Being the front person in regard to our Microsoft setup for servers toward the business, other IT teams, and in the IT Operations team, is an integral part of the role.Your Main ResponsibilitiesDaily operations, ensuring the business is up and runningProject participation, both being able to give the business, and other IT teams, advice about the optimal setup, and to implement solutions based on approved setup.Tiering and Access Management:

Implement and maintain role

-based access control (RBAC), administrator levels, and segmentation in accordance with CIS 18 standards.Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of Microsoft services and products (Windows Server, M365, Intune, Defender, Trend Micro, etc.).Security: Manage patching, antivirus, monitoring, and compliance reporting.License Management: Monitor and optimize license usage, including Software Asset Management (SAM).Administration: Daily operation of the Microsoft environment, including Active Directory.Automation & Development: Develop scripts in PowerShell and integrate with ITSM tools such as Topdesk.Documentation & Governance: Contribute to team documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.Your ProfileYou are skilled in Microsoft platforms and security standards, and you are motivated by ensuring stable, secure, and compliant IT operations in a complex retail environment.It is an advantage if you:Are familiar with tiering models, RBAC, and administrator managementHave experience with CIS 18 and ISO 27001Have experience with PowerShell scripting and automationKnow ITSM processes and tools such as TopdeskThrive in a cross-functional team and have strong collaboration skillsWhat’s in it for you?We are guided by our 3 core values: Results, Relations, &You, and you’ll find that you are welcomed as the person you are, supporting you on your personal and professional journey.
