Position: Technical Customer Service (Search Engine / Technical Support)

Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
- 2 rotational days off
What you’ll do:
- Provide technical support for a global search engine platform
- Assist users with inquiries and troubleshooting
- Deliver high-quality customer service

Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary x 14 months: competitive
- Performance bonus: 135€ x12 months
- Complexity bonus: 120€ x11 months
