Are you passionate about authentic Pakistani and Indian cuisine? S Event in Taastrup is looking for a skilled and experienced head chef to deliver exceptional flavors to our guests.

As a head chef at S Event, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing our catering menu, including main dishes, sides, and desserts. Operate and manage the oven to ensure dishes are cooked to perfection.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, flavor, and presentation.
• Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Being prepared for the expansion of our core operations.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have proven experience as a head chef in a Pakistani/Indian catering environment.
• Are proficient in using a tandoor oven and preparing authentic dishes.
• Have a solid understanding of our spices and traditional cooking methods.
• Can work efficiently in a team and handle busy kitchen operations.
• Are able to find ways to improve operations and receive feedback internally.
• Can communicate in Urdu and English (knowledge of Danish is a plus).
• Can talk calmly with clients and answer questions regarding the food.
